CONCIERGE

The new 45 CONCIERGE APP was created to provide custom services to the 45 Province Building residents at the touch of a button.

Once a resident downloads the APP, they will have direct digital communication to the Concierge desk who will respond in the same manner to the resident/unit owner with a message indicating  actions to be taken by the concierge regarding residents request.

NOTE:  No personal information will ever be recorded or gathered by the APP.   

Active residents can request their car, guest car, spouse’s car (all at once if needed) as well as to indicate specific date and time when they need this to happen. If a resident changes or adds a new spot for parking the building management will  be able to update their information immediately.

App will open to a  menu of requests and or services allowed/curated  by administration but there is also, a custom feature where residents can write or dictate a specific message to the concierge desk.

A haptic, a change of color (to yellow) and a check mark* to the left will indicate request has been sent. Upon receipt and response from concierge, user will see  read-receipt (were *check mark was) directly to his/her request indicating the concierge’s plan of action. A user may cancel a “request” by clicking again the yellowed request and select YES to cancel.

​

When a resident moves out and is no longer active in 45 building, management can delete access  to the app to avoid any misuse of services.
